Preparation is quick and easy and the sandwich can be served
in a variety of ways. After deep frying the frozen pork sandwich
for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes in 350 degree F. oil, the pork pattie
is ready to be garnished and served. We ship our pork chops anywhere within a two-day shipping timeframe. We recommend using Federal Express next day service although some of our customers prefer UPS. We only ship orders of 50 pork chops per case or more. We offer cases of our smaller chop (case weight is 10 pounds) and our larger chop (case weight is 14 pounds).
